4. Chisel the buckle box hole and gusset plate support socket at the corresponding position of the door frame, install the buckle box and gusset plate, fasten them with self tapping screws, and make the lock tongue retract freely.
Daily maintenance
1. The newly decorated houses contain a lot of corrosive gases, especially the paint on the wooden door will emit corrosive gases such as formaldehyde, which will seriously affect the service life of the handle lock, and even corrode the lock. It is necessary to be ventilated every day and keep the room dry.
2. Remove the dust and other sundries on the handle lock surface, wipe the handle and lock body with a dry cloth, and remember to wipe with a wet cloth or clean with acid and alkaline detergent.
3. Handle lock in the daily process of opening and closing the door, it is best to hold the handle to screw the lock tongue into the lock body, and then release the hand after closing the door. Do not hit the door with force, otherwise the service life will be reduced.
4. After using the handle lock for a period of time, it may not open smoothly. Do not drop ordinary lubricating oil or engine oil into the lock cylinder, but use professional lubricating oil to drop into the lock cylinder and open it several times.

After all, they are customized according to the specific conditions of the owner. How high is the handle lock appropriate to open? Once a male owner who was 1.8 meters tall liked to install it higher, but when the designer came to see his wife who was only 1.5 meters tall, he changed his plan. Indeed, it is more important to understand the height of female owners in the design. Generally, female owners are 1.5-1.6 meters tall. If they wear slippers at home, they will be shorter and the lock will be higher. It is inconvenient for female owners to open and close the window sash, especially when the window sash is opened to a large angle, it requires the female owner’s body to protrude out of the window, which is not only laborious but also dangerous. But it is too low and inappropriate for male owners.
In general, the height of the handle lock from the ground should be near the shoulder of the female owner, usually about 1.4m. If the female owner is tall, it should be increased.
How wide is the casement
Some owners like large window sashes and think that the ventilation effect is good. In fact, there is little difference between the ventilation effect of larger and smaller window sashes. Generally, the window sash width of 6065 cm is more appropriate. Some owners want to be 75 cm wide, which will be a little too large.

The performance of the sliding brace used for the internal and external casement windows must be no less than 40n, otherwise the switch positioning ability of the window sash becomes unstable, which will make it difficult to open and close the window.
2. Window opening and closing force
The proportion of sliding brace for internal and external casement windows shall not exceed 40n. Within the opening range of 0-300mm window sash, the opening and closing force of sliding brace commonly used for external upper suspension windows shall not exceed 40n.
3. Door and window clearance
When the window sash is in the closed state, under the action of external force, the sealing gap transition value between the sash and frame at the window corner where the sliding brace is installed shall not exceed 0.5mm.
4. Rigidity of sliding brace
To judge the rigidity of the sliding brace, it is necessary to judge according to the test, that is, the window sash is subjected to different forces at three different parts to distinguish whether the performance of the sliding brace meets the requirements.
(1) After the window sash is subject to 300N resistance in the process of being enabled to a large opening range, it can still be enabled normally and still meet the requirements of excellent self positioning force, opening and closing force and window sash and window frame clearance.
(2) When the window sash is closed, it is subject to 300N friction resistance, the switch of the window sash can still be started normally, and the requirements for its own positioning force, opening and closing force, and the gap between the window sash and window frame are still excellent.
(3) Under the condition that the positioning equipment is opened to the positioning point, the window installed with positioning equipment can still meet the normal opening of the window and the requirements for the positioning force, opening and closing force of the window itself and the gap of the window sash and window frame after withstanding the external force of 300N.
5. Multiple opening and closing
The repeated opening of window sashes for 25000 times is an inevitable experiment for doors and windows. Only after 25000 times of repeated opening and closing, the opening and closing force of doors and windows should not exceed 80N, which is considered qualified.
6. Slip brace strength
After the window sash is opened, the sliding brace is used to bear the pressure of 1000N for 5 minutes. Under the condition that all parts of the sliding brace are intact, the sliding brace of the door and window is qualified.
Single point latch
1. Strength of locking parts
Before leaving the factory, the locking parts of the single point locking device need to pass the 400N pressure test for many times, and can only leave the factory after passing the test. When in normal use, the operating force of the single point locking device is less than 20n.
2. Multiple closure
After 15000 times of repeated tests, the single point locking device shall be opened andclosed in normal operation, which is considered as a qualified locking device.
